My first experience in Telco was in Claro one of the major players in Brazil. I needed to thrive the Business Transformation & Digital Innovation when streamings and social medias were growing fast worldwide.

Working as Sr. Product Manager in Claro Brasil...

I was a Digital Product Team Lead to launch the “Cross-Brand” (Single-Sing-On) and Go-to-Market strategies supported by CX pillar to enrich the User Experience through digital channels (sites, apps, e-commerce, bots).

 

> Market Research was very important to find new business opportunities/partners to innovate in Product Roadmaps, launching new features and building succesful Business Cases.

 

My challenge was to provide a great user journey following Claro Brasil strategies by providing an unique experience across digital channels. All of it by engaging with different squads to thrive innovation.
